CUREJET relies on micro propulsion technology, pioneered by Professor Jaiick Yoh of Seoul National University. His Satellite research led to this innovation, making CUREJET the first microjet drug delivery system. Nano-SPIKE Nano penetration

In distance shot, the emitted solution from distance becomes nano spikes in the air and it penetrates skin barrier without pain and open wounds.

 

Micro-BOMB Deeper penetration and micro-subcision

In contact shot, the solution penetrates deeper into the skin reaching the dermis layer. The solution disperse within the tissue upon the target area, promoting increased absorption. Additionally, the penetration process creates a micro-subcision effect, mechanically disrupting fibrous tissue and helps improve scar tissue.

Penetration Effect

Histological Changes

Franz cell membrane micropig abdomen. Ink(black India) was loaded onto a CUREJET, it was injected into pig skin, targeting both dermal and epidermal layers. The depth of penetration was analyzed using an optical microscope and H&E staining.

 

Clinical Evidence- Cadaveric test

By controlling the depth of delivery, CUREJET allows the drug solution to penetrate through the stratum corneum or the dermis.
